How we define emotional problems is critical to success. By defining them as the result of a lack of knowledge, understanding or skill we create a path to success because it is all ways possible to learn something new. With a nearly limitless variety of treatment options it is only necessary to find what works best for each individual. Short term solution focused and cognitive behavioral techniques are often the answer.
Outpatient Individual and Family appointments are available afternoons and evenings for adults, adolescents, couples and families. Appointments can be scheduled (depending on location) in less than 3 or 5 days. Most insurance plans and a number of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are accepted. Co-pays or deductibles are determined by the insurance provider and would need to be paid in cash or check. (EAP) require pre authorization. Invoices can be provided for Health Saving Accounts (HSAs).
